The daily dosage varies depending on the age of the child.

Under 2 years: As an addition to supplementary food: 2.5 ml (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) every other day; contains 560 mg Omega-3 fatty acids.
Via breast milk: Daily supplementation via the mother (approx. 1 tablespoon); contains 2000 mg Omega-3 fatty acids.
